Water & Wastewater

Municipal water and wastewater pump support.

RMS supports new water and wastewater pump-system sales and engineering alongside diagnosis, repair, maintenance, controls checks, and return-to-service work.

Water treatment piping and valves

Scope

Field service, repair, maintenance, controls checks, and documented return-to-service support.

  • Sales and engineering support for planned water and wastewater pump systems
  • Lift stations, pump stations, booster systems, and water-system pumps
  • Troubleshooting for alarms, reduced capacity, overload trips, pressure instability, and vibration
  • Pump removal, inspection, repair, rebuild coordination, and reinstallation support
  • Controls, VFD, sequencing, sensor, and alarm behavior checks
  • Maintenance observations that create a useful baseline for future service

RMS Process

From first symptom to documented return-to-service.

RMS follows a practical workflow: understand the operating problem, verify the cause, perform the right work, test the result, and leave a usable service record.

01

Assessment

Collect symptoms, site context, equipment details, and urgency before assuming the pump is the only fault.

02

Diagnosis

Compare operating observations, current, pressure, flow, controls behavior, valves, and mechanical condition.

03

Recommendation

Separate confirmed repair needs from system-side issues and identify the practical return-to-service path.

04

Repair

Complete field service, shop repair, rebuild coordination, controls adjustments, or retrofit work within RMS's scope.

05

Testing

Verify rotation, pressure, drawdown, sequencing, leakage, vibration, current draw, and system behavior where applicable.

06

Documentation

Record post-service observations so future maintenance and troubleshooting have a usable baseline.
